The Sully Legacy (We're blue da ba dee da ba die)

Hi! This is my first attempt at a Sims legacy challenge ever.  Not sure why I waited until Sims 4 since I have been a fan since I was a child playing Sims 1.  But nonetheless, here I am taking a chance.   

I am playing the Sully family, using Pinstar's rules (with a bit of a personal touch on the heir rule).  They are a patriarchy.  Their bloodline rule is strict traditional.  And the heir rule is first born, however the heir must be blue, like the founder, Tobias.  If no blue children are born, however, a non-blue heir will be chosen.  That will be a sad day, however, because the Sully family takes great pride in their blue heritage.  Also, a girl can be heir if there are no boys that generation or if she is the only blue child.  Blueness take precedence over age and gender! 

It will be interesting to see how the genetics play out in this family and I am excited to see if the blue complexion manages to make it through all 10 generations.  I won't be writing my story, but broadcasting it on Twitch and then exporting those broadcasts to my YouTube channel.  The first broadcast is already on my channel and can be watched here.

Thanks for taking interest!  Here is my first screen shot for this legacy.  It is his wedding! So excited about my first spouse.  She's clumsy, which is one of my IRL traits so I find that very endearing.  She's creative like Tobias, and she's materialistic, so she wasn't too pleased when he brought her home to his barren lot, lol.  But we snagged her anyways

Also, I can't believe I didn't take a screenshot during CAS when I made him, so I took him back into CAS to take a couple.  Don't worry, I didn't change a thing.  I'm not sure what color his eyes are though, I totally forgot to set the color myself lol.

The face shape, no it's mainly the lisps. I don't know! Something just looks off with his lower face to me. *shrugs*

He's got a very wide mouth.  I just used one of the pre-made faces though.  I didn't want to spend too much time in CAS.  I thought that face was unique and cute, a little weird for sure, but I like it.  His spouse looks way different in the face, so it will be interesting to see what their kids look like.  They might look very strange.  But I like strange

I have also started a legacy with a blue founder. And I also made it a rule that all heirs must continue the blue family line. Hope that you can keep blue colour alive.

Thanks for all the support! Tipi, I am glad you told me that because I was sure there had to be someone else out there that had this idea.  Glad that you found me!  How has it turned out for you so far? My first child is not blue as a baby, I'm not sure if he will be blue when he ages up or what.  Does the coloring show up as babies?  He appears to have blue lips, lol.

Unfortunately she has the clumsy trait, so he gets kicked in the face. A lot.



Guess who's preggers!  She looks a little disappointed...



...and she finally shares the big news and he looks a bit freaked out... perhaps because they can't even afford paint for their walls yet, let a lone a little Sim to care for.



But all is well, and they eventually start to become quite thrilled.



It's time!  That face is priceless.




Little Sonic is here, unfortunately he doesn't appear to be blue, which makes the name a little odd but we still love him all the same!

Maybe he'll age up all blue? Honestly don't know since I haven't tried playing with rainboos in this game. Odds are he's not blue though. Best try again.
