You really, really wish you could 'resetSim' on your boss to make him go away... even just for a while  ::)

Welcome to the forum, Cara.  :)

We already have a thread about this topic so I'm going to merge this thread into that one.

When you wake up in the morning and imagine the Well Rested moodlet +30 for 10 hours.
When anything you do, see or hear reminds you of Sims.

This thing really happened. I played Sims so late into the night that you might say it was actually quite early :D and when I woke up in the morning I was so tired I tried to press pause and continue sleeping, while the rest of the world was on pause.

When you start checking out computer classes so you can be a better simmer.

There are classes for that!  Oh man sign me up!  My Sims never do what I want them to do - only what my limited knowledge allows them to do!  ::)

That's a good idea  :D I was in calculus the other day -we're doing kinematics - and I saw 'dv' (to represent the derivative of velocity) and wondered why on earth they were talking about Dragon Valley.

As much as I would love a simming class, I actually think about taking real computer classes so that when my game crashes or glitches I can just say "I know how to fix that!"  I'm always terrified to do updates and move files around because I'm so computer illiterate.

Me too!  I wish there was a class in my area but I live in a small rural area, so I have to drive into the city for that.  Maybe when Sims 4 comes out, that'll be my incentive to learn.

... you are walking along a street at nightfall and you hear an unusual noise above you and flashing lights, and you think 'but I don't even OWN a telescope, and I haven't found any spacerocks, so I can't be abducted by aliens' and then 'just as long as they don't probe me ...

You rage at your Sims for playing computer games for the whole day but then you realise you do the same thing.

But your games probably aren't that noisy or at least have volume control.
