You know you've played too much Sims when..

When you decide on Saturday morning 'I really need to do the mowing today' before going to play the sims and then you discover it is 8pm or so at night, and you haven't done the mowing, but think 'oh well, tomorrow's Sunday, I'll do the mowing then!'

lol  and it's not raining yet so hop to it.   

I got the mowing done, I was in such a good mood, I decided to do a bit of my neighbour's lawn as well, the neighbours on the upside of me generally does the mowing down to my driveway, so it is only fair that I pay the favour on.

I've done that lots of times.  I thought I was the only one crazy enough to do that.

I played for a few hours…? And got 2 Error 12s but I had saved both times 5mins earlier. But I had gone through 3 generations from 2 to 5.

Yes! I know what you mean! I saw an advert for a TV show using sims 3 music! I was just like "Is that legal?"

I was at a restaurant and recognized a song on the radio (which I don't listen to) and realized I knew it from the Sims 3.  Unfortunately, I didn't recognize "the words".  I had to laugh to myself.

Something similar happened to me today. My hubby met me for lunch near my office and as we were sitting in the cafe I heard a very familiar song being played. It was one of the songs from the "Geek Rock" station on Sims 3 and one of my faves in the game! Oddly, I think I liked the simlish version better.
