When you make a sims mii on your nintendo ds and put it into super smash bros.

Yeah I'm very addicted to playing my Arlo Bunch and Mortimer Goth miis on that game

I have that same background! Plus two others. I switch them around occasionally. Me, a sim addict? Nah. Lol.

When you're watching a new episode of your favorite show and you realize the Sims you made off of the characters did the exact same things in-game a few days ago!

...you start to worry that spending too much time playing around on Carl's forum, instead of playing your sims, is hindering your sim's career progression.

I have had thoughts like this.

I've played too much sims when I start to watch builds on Youtube... then I use my keyboard to navigate the game, forgetting that the game on the screen is not mine to control.

I sooo dreamt in the sims last night. I was moving from house to house that I have really lived in in real life and was redecorating. But I was doing it with the controls of the game and everything was changing in front of me the way it would in the game!

You order a NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) t-shirt, and think that it will give you a +2 Inspired Moodlet for when you write.

...you want your friends in your game and start to wonder with what kind of storyline that you'd do together. Well, I rather meet in person. That'd be more exciting since I could get their Simself too and it's safer that way ::)

P.S: Just got a nearly death experience through sharing Simself in community and delete it quick after the deal is done ::)

You hear one of your older cousins talking about how she's hoping for twins, and thinking to yourself "twins are pretty rare unless you get a Fetility reward so good luck with that..." and then realizing that one cannot buy rewards in real life! (How awesome would it be if you could though?)

In the Sims 4, TVs don't stay on, on their own. There was this one time early when i got the game that I was so immersed with watching the in-game TV (i was zoomed in and everything, watching the Iron Chef-like cooking show), that I got mad at my sim for turning it off because he had to go to the bathroom, before I could finish watching the animation.

@ imayu94, I so get that. I've heard the romance channel has a Downton Abbey style animation on it, but my sims won't sit still long enough so I haven't seen it yet!  >:(

The only shape your two-year old knows is "plumbob".
