While watching a rather talented busker on the train, I can't help wondering if he's super-maxed his Guitar skill yet.

I keep trying to decide what traits and moodlets my toddler has. Also, toddler speak and Simlish are eerily similar.

When you ponder whether or not you can ask for your 40th birthday cake in the shape of a plumbob.

Seems like a perfectly reasonable request!

Ha. Funny story, see I was playing Sims with this one friend this one time and I was building the house and she was telling me basically what to put where and all that stuff, and I had the music turned up, and we hadn't spoken for a while, just pointing and clicking, and then without looking at each other, we just started singing along with the Build music the game plays, and we both knew it so well. Think about it. You know that music. You know you do.
I'm not the best resource for Sims-related info but I do my best, and I've been doing it for 4/5 years.

Whenever I go shopping and I see any nice outfits someone is wearing or find clothes that I like, I would think "My sims would look great in this".

Then I make myself go play Assassins Creed for awhile.
"Whoa, Ok Whoa. No one said nothing about extortion or blackmail ok. Just a simple beautiful Christmas star that if you bought from me right now at a hefty price of $140 would ensure that I don't destroy your house or threaten your family."

...when your significant other says they will not talk to you if you speak simlish to them. My boyfriend lives in Holland, and we speak on Skype all the time. I did the mistake of greeting him with 'Shaka Brahh' once.

I've played Sims since 2000 or so, but I wouldn't say I'm addicted. I prefer 'dedicated'. It sounds better.
I wake up every day planning to be productive, but a voice in my head says 'hahaha good one' and we laugh and laugh and take a nap.

"Dedicated."

I like that. I'm going to use it.

...when you walk into the Denny's diner in Wisconsin Dells and say out loud to your niece, "I think this is what the diner in my Sims game must look like on the inside."

I'm pretty sure making families "just in case you have a story idea" counts as playing it too much.

Not like I did that last night or anything... >_>

...the aforementioned family you made for no reason what-so-ever you now want to turn into a story.

Not like I haven't got 2 to do already or anything, and a Pathfinder campaign to write. Thanks for that brain.

<snerk> I know that feeling. You wouldn't believe how many sims story ideas I have kicking around in my brain, and now I'm starting to play with Blender to create my own poses for pose player. As if I already didn't have enough to do. :P

That path leads to madness. ;)

Ah stuff it. A third story can't hurt I don't think... famous last words right there.
