Enlarging icons/words?

Right now I need those blue pop ups, but I can't really read them since they and all the control icons are so tiny.  I have a very large monitor but having a really hard time seeing and playing on Sims4.  Anyway to enlarge the icons and words?

 BTW, the camera view sucks!  I find it so hard to move my Sim around and see what's going on.  She's a gardener but since I can't figure out how to move her, or how to garden at all, I'm finding it very frustrating and not much fun.

Since your monitor is so large, you might need to reduce the resolution at which you play. Play around with the different ones and see if one works for you. My game started out in low res, and I switched it to higher, and all the text got much smaller. (Since I'm a software engineer I'm used to reading tiny text all day so I liked it.)
