The Sims 4 Cancellations by Origin

I personally haven't had this happen, but it looks like some people who pre-ordered the Sims 4 via Origin have had their order cancelled, and a few were still billed for this.

This was first pointed out to me via SimsVIP, so I'm including their link here:

Additionally, EA Ursula had a little more on the issue, especially if it happened to you:

One thing I definitely recommend is if you were already charged for your Pre-Order, but it was cancelled make sure to get a refund first; you don't want to be charged twice.

I pre-ordered through Origin, but when I trey to sign into The Sims website, through origin, it won't recognise user name or password. I can get into Origin fine. Anyone having the same problem?
