My sims 3 wont start!

I have a decent pc. Whi work on win 7 pro 64x bit . Launcher start, when i press play it not start!
 I have all updates
 I have make DEP

It's been suggested to to try:
 
1. Try playing without custom content
2. No other programs are conflicting with Origin or Sims 3. Example: The anti-virus program or firewall.

Let us know if this works or not? If it doesn't we'll try to dig into it further.
