I was reading the Dragon Valley page on the guide when I noticed a '�' symbol has replaced the apostrophe and accented text in several places. It's really bad in the store quote. I'm on google chrome, and it looks the same on two different computers. It shows up as an empty box on mobile devices.

Thanks for the report. I used a program to replace a lot of the special characters with web-safe variants. This makes certain words using special e's and a's wrong, but does allow them to load correctly in browsers. I could allow those, but the comments system requires a specific character set to function, which is the change that broke them.
