I can't find the add/remove sibling in Nraas Master Controller

Hi.  I put the whole Racket family from Twinbrook in the library including Dudley who lives in a different house.  I had moved him in with the main household but when I put them into a new town.  Dudley is not longer a family member.  I've read about making siblings with Master Controller, but I can't find the add/remove sibling in Nraas.  I've been going through the menus and I just don't see it.  Can anyone tell me where it is?

You need the cheats package installed to access Advanced.

Ah, Ok.  Thanks so much.  Mission accomplished.  Lolly & Shark live with Dudley and he is once again their uncle.  I appreciate it.
