Wow. Just... wow. I guess he likes love charms a bit too much.

In my life states dynasty he is very similar, only he's locked in a room with only his wife, so it doesn't even matter.

I think this shows that I never played with witches all that much. I read about these problems in other stories, but I guess I just conveniently forgot about them when I started playing. It's a lot calmer in the house when he isn't there, and sims don't drop their ques to be targeted by spells. I just wish my simself wouldn't have gone through a divorce - and I never even knew about that betrayed moodelt. Poor Lo, it was awful being unable to help him get better. His plumbob was red his entire time as a baby.

I just discovered this project.  I'd love to have a go but I'm determined to finish my Household Skills Project before I do anything else :).

I can see why you put Home Design Hotshot right at the beginning - I've never come close to finishing that one and doing it alongside raising a family sounds completely insane  ;).  I'll be following this story to see how 'you' and your descendants get on.  Sorry about the divorce :(.

Yeah, the divorce was completely unplanned, but once I/she discovered the duplicity of Jules there was no other way to move forward. We just wanted him and Cornelia out of the house!

I have some chapters already done to post, and plan on playing at least for 3 hours this week, so hopefully I will get some more reviews. It's a very arduous task, and now the houses are getting too small to add all the new decor, so there are a lot of extensions being built in very strange ways...

Good luck on your Household skill project, I have checked it out, but it seemed rather difficult...like this is a walk in the park... :P

MF12 For the love of Peanut

Dear diary,

The house is rather empty without the deceiver and the hussy (and Emil and Beatiz but they didn't really spend much time at home). I spend a lot of time worrying about my poor Lo who had a massive moodlet almost his entire babyhood. I felt the need to stat home with him a bit to make up for his trauma.

Svea and I spent a lot of time together since we were both on maternity leave and even found the time to play some foosball. It was a nice change of pace to running all over Moonlight falls, but we were soon going stir crazy.

One great thing with Cornelia moving out is that we can have parties again. I think she was the one who cursed it for us, since she came for a party and then never left - yeah, should have known that was a bad idea...Anyways, Carmen came over with some grilled cheese. Such a great grandson! (Though it feels very weird to have a grandson and a newborn at the same time).

Svea has used her maternity leave to good use and now has painting supermaxed :)!

In celebration she invited her beau Peanut over and proposed. He is deceptively buff, built like a tank and all muscle.

They had a very nice wedding, casual but nice. Jonas and Carmen was there to hold the family flag high, we did not invite the deceiver.

The nooboos soon became toddlers. Tilda has her mothers hair and her fathers skin tone. She's a an over emotional light sleeper, so she'll get her own room for sure. Lo is a good couch potato. Again with the good!

I also found out why Svea was so enamored with Peanut, he's inappropriate! I'm cursed I tell you! I guess he makes up for it in other ways...

I had my adult birthday (my second) soon after the wedding and midlife crisis hit me hard. I decided to show of more of my body and went around in my sparkly work out outfit (not that I was using it). Here I am chatting to Beatriz at the library. Apparently things aren't that great at home, poor dear.

Svea still has some time off so she mostly paints, and I throw parties! I have been starting to wish to meet attractive sims once more. At our last party Kyle thought I was hot stuff, I wonder if he might be my new man? Nothing happened that day, but who knows? I just want to get married again - this time to someone who'll not love spell anyone in sight.

So, back to the grind...

Salt, your screenshots aren't showing up for me, it's just the photobucket logo. Did you maybe move them to a different folder?

No, I reached my bandwidth for the month. And since I will probably not update for a while (since I'm trying out ts4) I thought I could just leave it be for now. Hopefully it will all right itself by the time I have another update ready, otherwise I will remove the pics and upload them from a different site.

Thanks for pointing it out though, hadn't checked myself yet because - shiny!

This happened to me when I was posting my domination dynasty. I went to photobucket and discovered my rollover date was in 3 days and just waited it out. If they host the pics for your other stories, those will have trouble too.

I have removed the pictures from the ts4 legacy from photobucket, since I think they were the ones to push me over the bandwidth. My ID is hosted on the gallery, so is has no problems :)

Oh ok... So that's what the picture meant by bandwidth... I was wondering. (still not completely sure about how photobucket works, myself lol)

Photobucket's the worst that way. :(

I'm really liking your project, though!

MF13 A new beginning (halfway point)
« Reply #43 on: October 12, 2014, 12:41:29 PM »
Dear diary,

It has been a while since last I wrote here but a lot of interesting things have passed. Svea has developed the same urge as me to show off more skin. Unfortunately she has also followed my example of doing it at work. I wonder what her clients think...She and Peanut are as much in love as ever. They even hung a mistletoe branch on the porch to celebrate their first wedding anniversary. Peanut has taken up painting, he's getting pretty good, and the extra income is going towards my renovations in town, which is good for me. Svea just needs to brush up on her charisma for her job, she's been slacking of a lot and needs to get working if she's to max her career - and maybe have a chance on another child before she gets to old.

Speaking of children. Lo and Tilda are having a great time playing with the gingerbread house we gave them. They are more like brother and sister than uncle and niece, and it's a good thing they have each other because no other kids in town seems to want to hang out with them. Possibly their parents are scared I'll show up at their door with my tape measure - but honestly, no house has ever been left worse than before I came (unless you count the Longfellow residence of course).

My career is alive and kicking. I have reached the half way mark and the end is in sight - in another lifetime or two. Just look at the charming face I use to lure clients in!

Peanut has embraced his love for pastels and leopard and spends just as much time jogging on the treadmill as he does in front of the easel. The result is a trimmer and leaner physique. But I do think Svea misses her tank.

Lo and Tilda aged up on the same day. No big birthday, just a cake and some good music. Lo loves the outdoors and Tilda a slob...let the good times roll *sigh*.

Jonas invited me to a party at his house this last full moon. He's still working as a beat cop, but says he really enjoys it. I guess doing good is good work for good sims.

At the party I ran across Tristan Van Gould again. Thinking back I have always thought the two of us had a connection (I am best friends with his sister you know) and now that I am unattached we really hit it off. Turns out he's been nursing somewhat of a crush on me for years and now saw his chance. I am thrilled to have a new love in my life - but no way will I be letting him into my house as easily as last time I wanted to snag a boyfriend. We are taking it slow, he's almost immortal, and I have ways to extend my life - why hurry?

I laughed out loud at that one.  Perfect shot to go with that line  ;D
