Ingame store question

I never turn on ingame store until I bought the Mill, the veggies wouldn't work so I opened it as a hope to fix the issue. Upon opening it, I see 3 pages of things that say INSTALL and a ton of pages that say installed. Now, am I correct in assuming these things never made it through the launcher and are in uninstalled limbo and if so how can I install them without the huge lag or crash of installing them through the ingame store?

Something that may help is to search for the items via the Downloads Dashboard. SaltyPaws made a topic about it, and Grimsoul posted photos of where it's at.

I usually have my in-game store turned off. But tried it yesterday as a test. It worked.. ish. It was laggy and ended up making my game almost crash when I went to quit the game.
