Everything stuck !

Hi.  I believe I have every expansion (just thought to mention that). Anyway, my problem is that everything is stuck. My Sim appears, but I can't click on him, he won't move, can't even see his moods or anything else.

It's in my house in China. I can upload my save files if needed. Please help me out.

ctrl+shift+c and use the resetsim cheat.

Should be: resetsin firstname lastname

If KhaineGB's suggestion doesn't work out, try restarting the game.

Hi guys, thanks for the help thoough none of this worked.
Tried to restart the games many times, even trying to pull the "backup save"
And yes I also tried "resetSim" cheat, it just don't do anything.
I can't leave china and get back to my normal map as well.

If you can, give me the save file and I'll see if I can use Nraas to fix it.

Your other option would be the following.

Open the console. Do testingcheatsenabled true. Then moveobjects on. Go into buy mode and just drag your sim wherever you need him to go.

Nope, you turned into a floating sparkling ball.

I think the save is completely hosed. As soon as I load it, Error Trap kicks in and throws up about 12 errors, most of which are pretty serious.

On the good side, I managed to get into edit town and save your sim to the bin, so his money and skills are completely saved. I was able to put him into a new save, with a new town and he's playable.

And does he still got hes visa lv3 at china, lv3 celeb and this stuff aswell?

**P.s- can you estimate what coused this problem and tell so it hopefully wont happen again?

No idea about the visa. I'll check the celeb level
