Boarding school...invisible sim?

My child sim is at boarding school, has been there several weeks, however in the relationships section of her mother, she is invisible! When I moved house, she was not shown, and every time I go onto that world she is not included. Her icon on the screen and everything is there, though her actual appearance is not there. Help?

It could be just a visual glitch.  Have you tried to unenroll her?  In other words, have her come home early to make sure everything is ok?
