Okay. I have all of the sims 3 expansions. I run a Mac Pro that I bought brand new last year. Space and system requirements aren't an issue. However, I was playing this evening. I realized I didn't have Ambitions installed. So I saved and quit, and opened Origin to install it. Nooooo problems prior to this except a little lagging that I fixed with mods. So I opened Origin and tried to install Ambitions. I got the dreaded "unknown error occurred" message. I finally gave up. I closed Origin, without installing Ambitions. Opened my game. And up pooped "unknown error occurred". Tried to delete a few expansions and play. Same error. Tried to contact EA. Nothing til morning of course. I'm thinking it's Origin, which is up to date completely. My games are all up to date and patched. I'm lost and pretty ticked. Now I'm remembering that I bought Ambitions and gave up on this problem. Same problem with World Adventures.
