Trying to get people to move out and can't!
« on: September 28, 2010, 05:37:35 PM »
Ok, I so don't want to ditch this game, it's the one I finally got guitar star in. I moved some people in, got them married and pregnant and then I tried to merge them with the Goth's, it just sat there processing forever. So I did the control panel thing, went in and tried to get them their own house, same thing. Went back in hoping 3rd time was the charm, tried to kick them out, same thing. Only thing I can think of to do is wait til the babies born, than go Evil Esther on them, but I don't want to do that, as there are only a couple games I deliberately hurt them in and this isn't one of them. Anyone have any other ideas? There is 6 peeps in there now so if she has twins the house will be full and with no way to get them out, I don't know what to do! I got a screenshot. This is all it will do, it won't let me move them out!

What's the age of the Sims you are trying to move out?

@Esther:

Did you close your game, reboot, and try again?

I closed the game. I didn't try to restart my computer. She had twin girls, so the house is full, I will try that and post my results. Hopefully it works! *fingers crossed*

EDIT: Unfortunately it didn't work. I even had Holly call this time. I guess I will fulfill their LTW's then have them stop eating Ambrosia. I don't feel like deliberately doing it, the game will do it for me.

Esther, underneath your last post I saw a red X. Did you put an photo to clarefy your text maybe? It wouldn't load on my laptop.

Yea, it was the pic of it just processing. It wouldn't let me complete the move, so I am just letting old age take care of the full house.  ::)

Oh okey, never mind than. I can see the pic now. Maybe it was loading or something, which I doubt. :)

No, I waited like five real time minutes and it didn't do anything. I had to use the control panel and shut it down.
