Sim's Portrait is Wrong

My Sim is a teen but her portrait is her as a child. I've tried quitting it and saving it and it's still the same. Please help. Her name is Allison Ryan

Edit her by the mirror and change something and then save changes and then it should be the right one.

This happened a lot to my CAS made toddler Darren Johnson
