Sims can't go to sleep

My Sims are stuck! Whenever I try to put them to sleep or nap, they just go to the bed and stand there, while the interaction cancels. When I make them relax, they just appear on the bed, without any animation of them getting onto the bed. Please help me! I don't have any mods, and no cheats are enabled.

Did you try resetsim "insert sims full name here"? That might work. Or try deleting your bed and buying a new one.

Evicting the household and moving them back in worked for me :)
