Game Launcher to Launch a few EPs

Okay, I know I read this on the forum somewhere but, I've been searching for the past hour and can't find it. Does anyone remember the name of the Game/EP Launcher where you can just launch (or play) base game or certain EPs?

Jude, Metro has a link to it at the beginning of the rules for the Domination Dynasty. It's the Sims Game Selector 3.0, and it can be found on Mod the Sims.
