Try for a Baby Grayed Out
« on: July 11, 2014, 09:31:52 AM »
Hi, I have a recently married couple that the "try for baby" under romance is grayed out. She was an out of towner and I got her to the point of him asking her to move in. However, when I clicked on the "ask to move in," the accept was grayed out and there was no pic of her at all. That's probably why the accept was grayed out b/c it couldn't "see" anybody to add to the household. I used MC to force add her to the family and then got them married. Does anybody know why the try for a baby would be grayed out and also why I would not be able to add her to the household normally?

How many people are there in the household already? If there are already eight sims in the household (Including unborn babies) then the option would be greyed out. Also, does the household any pets? If the total number of sims including pets is 10, no one else will be able to move in and no more babies can be born.

Hi! Yes, I have more than 8, but I have MC set to allow for more than 8. I did get her pregnant by pollinating her.
