Can't Find Urn of Dead Girlfriend

First post and first issue.

I dont think theres any shorter way of explaining what happened and what I need help with so Ill just explain it like it is.

I moved Family A (FA) from Bridgeport to another town (doesnt matter where imo). Afterwards, I had a child (boy) with FA while at the same time I created another Family B (FB) and made a baby (toddler/vampire) with them too. My plan was to grow both babies and have them have a relationship from teen years and on and on. For your information 99% of the time I played only with FA, my main family, while FB had its own furnished mansion and money.

Skipping forward to end of high school. The kids, obviously already in relationship and going steady, have just attended prom and "my boy" is a day away from b-day. So I decide to throw a b-day party. Invite all the teens I know and, of course, his beloved vampire girlfriend. So here I am, playing a part, everyone having an awesome time, music blasting, everything is going good, then all of the sudden, camera switches to girlfriend, and scary music starts playing. I pause, and starting freaking out. She's dying!  Why?  How? I'd also like to mention that she was inside the house, and a bottle of plasma juice was left on the table. Also, the ghost was red.

So now she's dead. Died in my house. Grimm shows up, and takes her away. I try to get the urn (if you can call it an urn, it was rectangular, and gray) with "my boy" and it's not working out. Next thing you know, urn disappears.

I guess I should get to the point... I don't feel like making another sim and going through all of this again, obviously. I would although like to find her urn, so I can resurrect her with ambrosia (which I can already make). Thing is, I don't know where the  urn is. I searched everywhere. I even waited until full moon to check both her family, my house and the graveyard, to see if she shows up anywhere at all.

Need help ladies and gents. I have to go ctrl-shift-c and cheat, I will, just to get "my boys" love back.

Different issue now.

Read another post and got her urn from "managing the dead" in the mausoleum. That same night was full moon and she came out, but now she's an ex-girlfriend. Makes me wonder if it'll work out if I resurrect her.  Should I just give it up? Need advice.

Also, found out she died from thirst. How did that happen? I dunno... Additionally, I tried to WooHoo with her and that didn't work. There was no option to WooHoo after I got her to "...irresistible" feeling.

Dying from thirst means that she died from not having plasma.  That's the vampire death that came when vampires were first introduced to the game.  It's fairly common with vampires that you don't control because they just don't always think to drink.  It became a running joke in my Dreamweaver Immortal Dynasty.  Don't come to the Dreamweaver house if you're a vampire because you'll die. 

Showing up as an ex-girlfriend is just what happens to the relationship after death.  A married couple becomes fiances after death.  If you're able to resurrect her, you'll have to go through whatever it takes to get her back to girlfriend status.  Probably ask to be friends and then start the romancing.
