Okay, I've blabbed about this being my project for a while, but I felt like I just couldn't get it perfect. Then I decided there was no such thing as perfect.
So here it is. You might be familiar with Mosquito Cove in Sunset Valley. It's a rustic cabin with two ponds that sits at 36 Sim Lane in Sunset Valley. I decided to decorate it and add 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, but the outside has stayed pretty much the same. It's ponds have been stocked with mostly freshwater fish (a few Salt Water) and I have added a garden. Feel free to use it for anything, including stories just give me a shout out credit.
I imagined it as a second home, someones get away fishing cabin..
Would love some feedback, good or bad!

There is also a picture frame on the dresser in the 2nd bedroom and could easily be substituted from Master Suite Stuff. And at least one item from High End Loft Stuff. I'm not sure what item, but the SP is showing up on the exchange, sorry.
Ponds include (in no particular order): Minnows, Toads, Goldfish, Siamese Catfish, Luminous Salamanders, Crocodiles, Salmon, Mummy Fish, Vampire Fish, Angelfish, Alley Catfish, Frogs, Death Fish, Lobster. Rainbow Trout, Red Herring, Doitsu Koi, Kawarimono Koi, Ochiba Koi, Dragon Fish, Crawfish, Kissing Gourami, Swordfish. There may be others.
The garden contains (also in no particular order): Apples, Limes, Cherries, Pomelo, Plum, Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Garlic, Grapes, Pomegranates, Lettuce, Carrots, Potatoes, Red Toadstools, Mycenas, Life Fruit, Death Flower, Plasma Fruit, Onion, Watermelon, Cheese plant, and Egg Plant.
Oh yeah! All the appliances have been upgraded!
