PLEASE HELP :( :-(

Hello!
Ive been having a lot of trouble lately with my Sims 3.
I am on a MacBook Pro, 2011, and used to play my sims all the time, with no worries.
I have lately installed Mavricks on my laptop, and since this update has happened, my Sims have NOT worked.
I have uninstalled all my expansion packs and my base game, and reinstalled them, but no such luck.
I have done this step numerous times.
I have also wiped my computer, and reinstalled only the base game, but still, it doesn't work.
Please help me!

Welcome to our Forum.

I'm sorry you're having difficulty, but in order to get some help, you need to do a couple of things.  First, we need much more detail than you've provided.  Exactly what is happening with your game?  Second, you need to change the subject of your post.  Saying "PLEASE HELP" doesn't give members any idea of what you need help with.  To change it, click on Modify in the first post, make the changes, then click Save.

I'm moving this to the Technical Help board, but please do the things mentioned above.

I don't think there are all that many Mac users or Mac experts on this forum, therefore I suggest that you take a look at this site.

I use an old Mac, and just to let you know, I believe more recent macs don't run sims games very well. My cousin has a MacBook heir and it is more laggy then my six-year-old Mac.
