Phoenix Immortal Dynasty

This is my second attempt at the Immortal Dynasty, my first failed when my computer crashed. I've started over on my much more reliable desktop which allows me to use all the EPs I'm not going to do a narrative story this time, but just try to finish it, and post some funny or interesting screenshots when I can.

Aurora Skies was a quiet, calm village, filled with the natural beauty of the northern mountains, waterfalls and forests, lakes and beaches. Quiet and calm, until Hudson Phoenix moved to the small town, bringing with him big ambitions. As soon as Hudson had purchased the giant lot right on the edge of the quaint town, he headed into the square to visit the local boarding house, where he knew he would find the help he would need.


There was Angelica, who, despite being the youngest in the house, had fully mastered both painting and athletics. Next was Pedro, a slacker who devoted all his time to guitar. Miriam had studied cooking extensively, and the eldest was Ciro, skilled in writing and fishing.


Hudson was easily able to charm the young quartet with his promises of grand fortunes and fame, and so their journey began.


The four started work on their new home, while Hudson attended a late-night cooking class, got a job at the local restaurant, and picked up some groceries. Hudson had treated them all to new electronic tablets, and each member of the house chose a new skill to work on. Angelica started the Photography tabcast series while working on sculpting, Miriam decided to learn Gardening, Pedro picked up alchemy and gardening, and Ciro took a nap before heading off for some midnight fishing.



Over the next few days, the house was filled with activity as all five worked on mastering their new skills.

Thank you! Yeah I was sad, but I should have known not to try to attempt it on that laptop, I finally figured out that I can really only play games on it with 1-2 EPs. My desktop is totally capable of letting me finish the dynasty so I have high hopes

Thanks! Yeah, the chance to skip doing the painting leveling is too hard to resist I do think Angelica is the prettiest.

While everyone else in the house was hard at work leveling up their new skills, Hudson got the chance to goof off at the summer festival, mostly just to stay out of their way.




He also spent plenty of time at home cooking meals for everyone. He likes to cook in his boxer shorts most of the time, seems risky to me, but oh well.



When their fancy new appliances and fixtures started breaking, Hudson quickly learned the Handiness skill and started upgrading everything.


Ciro spent every waking moment at the local ponds, catching Alley Catfish, then Angelfish. He fished through the rain, hail, even zombie attacks.




Pedro learned every alchemy recipe he could find, but still managed to Toadify himself on his first attempt at actually mixing up a useful elixir. Fortunately, he'd already learned the Cure elixir recipe, and was able to make that one after a few failed attempts.


Angelica raced through the clay and wood sculptures to get to ice, and started working on cranking out 25 of them to learn the secrets of making unmelting ice sculptures. Thanks to some potent invigorating elixirs from Pedro, it was definitely doable.


Unfortunately it wasn't long before Ciro had his elder birthday. They didn't really have time for the whole cake and party thing, but everyone was excited for him.



Miriam followed suit, aging up to Adult in the backyard after a long day of gardening.



Hudson went through a few promotions at work, got a few opportunities under his belt, and managed to electrocute himself trying to fix a dishwasher.

Well I had hoped to get more screenshots sorted out and update, before our second baby was born, but now that she's here I'm going to just update the post with the progress of my game. I don't have the time or energy to write the story but I want to finish the actual dynasty before Sims 4
