HeyI'm not sure if this is the right section but I hope so.
Very briefly, when I download a collection and start Sim3, ingame the collection Folder shows (with the proper icon) but is completely empty.
More precise:- I place the custom collections in
X:\Users\XXX\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Collections\User - I tried to download different collections, from different websites.
- I checked and doubled checked if all the items included within the collection are properly installed. I can use all of the content easily ingame without any problems.
- I already uninstalled and installed the game. With no success, apparently...
- The EA default Collections (for every expansion/stuff pack) work fine.

Are you using Mods or CC? - No
What Expansion and Stuff packs do you have? - all except Seasons, Showtime and Diesel Stuff
When did you last uninstall/reinstall the game? - 2 month ago
Is your game up to date? What is your current version? Yes, 1.67.2 (I always update the client)
Is there anything else I could do? I'm not even sure how collections work, are there any programs to take a look at them?
Is it possible that the language is causing any trouble?
