Reproductive Day 3 Before

The most exciting day of Beagle’s life was the day she became a young adult. Finally, she could graduate from high school (and be named most popular) and take up a career in Music.



The only sore point was that her father wasn’t around to witness her transformation. He was out doing renovations – creating a teenage sanctuary for Anna-Liza Riddle, who was anticipating a second adolescence after her second childhood –



And putting in a new kitchen for Beagle's older brother Beach.



Beagle got a new outfit.



She also received a new guitar to go with her new outfit.



Now that she didn’t have curfew anymore, she could play for tips in the subway all night long if she wanted. Nevertheless, she knew they still needed her at home. One night a burglar came. Even though she didn’t have any athletic ability, Beagle had the genes to deal with burglars, and she leapt into the fray.



The burglar won, but luckily a policewoman showed up to take care of him.



It turned out that the burglar hadn’t had time to steal anything. That was a relief, because the portraits were becoming very valuable. Regina had just finished the one of her to go with the one of Beak.



Before long Beagle was ready to move out. She had reached level 3 in the Music career and was a level 10 guitarist. She’d bought the Wilsonoff Community Theater, and of course she had a portrait.



Rex and Regina spent a few days preparing for the next onslaught. Regina unfortunately didn’t have a boss, so she could get her promotions only at work. Rex used painting to get to the top of the Architect career and reach level 7 as a Painter, but he had to take a break from painting so he wouldn’t get another skill challenge.

But it wasn’t all frustration. Rex found a glow orb and planted it, ensuring that he would be able to make potent cure elixirs for himself and Regina. Regina started learning alchemy while she was waiting for her promotions, and continued to garden. And finally, Rex went to Egypt and reached Visa level 3 there, so he just had to do one more errand or two in China to achieve his Lifetime Wish.

They decided to make a collection of their paintings for Reproductive Day 3.

Reproductive Day 3 After

While they waited for the next group of children, Rex and Regina tried to get a few things done. Rex went to a celebration where he was supposedly given a key to the city, although it never did show up in his inventory.



Regina was gardening when she received her maternity outfit.



She quit her job, but wasn’t allowed to sign up for the other branch of the Art Appraiser career while she was still pregnant. So Regina started trying to create another ground mural masterpiece.



Rex really wanted to spend his time playing in the sprinkler.



But he worked on developing his martial arts skill instead, preparatory to a last trip to China. He had to wait two days before he was offered an adventure, but finally someone wanted him to spar. Rex downed a wish-fulfilling elixir, picked up a 17,000 point wish to achieve a level 3 visa, and of course, got his lifetime wish to be a Seasoned Traveler, worth 69,000 points.



Meanwhile, Regina had been listening to the children’s music station on the radio…



She gave birth to Beam, Beaver, and Bebop, and Rex acquired clones Bean, Beast, and Because.

Their peaceful house began to look rather chaotic.



Bean didn’t stay a child long. Someone had to become a teen and help out.



Regina didn’t have time to take Bean to the barber and get his hair cut, and his clothes remained those he aged up into. Bean is going to study photography and become a photographer.



Beast and Because both had the same hairstyle, so Beast changed his. Beast is studying writing and is going to become a writer.



Because didn’t change anything. He is studying fishing and will become an angler.



Rex and Regina waited until the 3 boys went off to school before getting cake out for the toddlers. Beam, the only girl, was first.



She was put in the playpen to learn how to talk, and a little while later, her brother Bebop was put in with her.



Regina went off to work, leaving a rather tired Rex home alone with two toddlers and a baby. He decided to buy another Aurora Skies import – the walker.



That night Rex and Regina had a full, buzzing hive.



The next day Beaver became a toddler.



And the day after that, Beam, Bebop, and Beaver all became little bees.

(Watcher’s note – Anyone who misses the Baby Boomer challenge should try this one. Also, I highly recommend the walker. I've never used it before, but it works twice as fast and the kids stay happy.)

Reproductive Day 4 Before

This period of time was marked by birthdays. Regina and Rex are still eating leftover cake. Here’s the celebration for Because.



And for the last swarm of teens, they bought a new dining room table.



The first to leave, on Week 12, Day 1, was Bean. He took a potent enlightenment elixir and developed an interest in photography. After maxing photography, he got a job as a photographer and was at level 4 when he left home. He bought Brunton’s Boxcar Diner. His portrait will appear below with two others.



Bean missed out on the prom, but Beast and Because both went. Beast got involved with Audra Dennon, but Because got into a fight.



After the other 5 had their birthdays, they went to graduation. Here are Beaver, Bebop, and Beast.



Beast was the next to leave home, on Week 12, Day 7. He maxed the writing skill, and achieved level 4 as a writer. He bought Aleister’s Elixirs.



Beam left the next day. She maxed logic and reached level 5 as a private investigator without ever taking a case. Her property was the Sharma Day Spa.

Because also left on Week 13, Day 1. His maxed skill was fishing, and he reached level 4 as an angler. He bought the Grocery Grab Supermarket.



Beaver was able to move out on Week 13, Day 2. He maxed logic and reached level 2 of the medical career. His property was the Gypsy Wagon.



Bebop was the last to leave, on Week 13, Day 3. His maxed skill was fishing, and he got a job in the Science career, getting promoted to level 2. Bebop bought the Little Corsican Bistro.

With all the little bees out of the house, Rex and Regina were able to concentrate on finishing up the tasks necessary to produce the next swarm.

Here’s their collection. Rex had to wait until he picked up his award for painting because he didn’t receive a key to the city when he went to the ceremony.

Reproductive Day 4 After

Before Rex left for work, he threw a potent invigorating elixir at Regina. She was going to need it. She gave birth to three noobees – Becalm, Becoming, and Bedazzle. When Rex returned from work, she took a potent cure elixir and went to the Science Center where she acquired two clones – Beef and Beep.

After a long hectic day, the infants were ready to become toddlers. Here is Becalm:

The Watcher was too busy making sure everyone was skilling properly to take many pictures, but here is Becalm playing a trick on her older half-brother Beast when he visited the house.



And this is the whole family celebrating Bedazzle’s transformation into a teenager. Unfortunately, she developed the Mean-Spirited trait. From left to right: Regina, Rex, Beef, Becoming, Bedazzle, Becalm, Beep.



Finally, the day came when everyone could become a young adult. By that time, Regina had become an adult and gone to the hospital to be cured of her mid-life crisis. She just wished she could have stayed there longer.

Beef was the first to grow up. She has maxed the street art skill already, having inherited the avant garde trait from her mother.



Beep was next. She’s artistic and is working – slowly – on painting.



Becalm has been studying logic.



Becoming and Bedazzle have studied logic, too.





After graduation, Becalm, Becoming, and Bedazzle decided to go to Oasis Landing and get jobs there. Becalm inspected the portal and became acquainted with Emit Relevart.



All three of them arrived safely.



Becalm got a job as an astronomer, and Becoming went to work in the Bot Arena, while Bedazzle signed up to become a Bot Builder. After creating three nanites, Bedazzle had achieved her promotion.



She decided to return home. Unfortunately, that meant that Becalm and Becoming had to come with her, but they decided to go back to Oasis Landing as quickly as possible.

Wow, five kids at once. Just having to deal with four is exhausting to me, which is probably why my dominators will take so many weeks to complete this.

Reproductive Day 5 Before

Before a new swarm can be produced, the previous swarm has to leave. Becoming got a job in the Bot Arena, which obviously required its employees to be high school graduates.



Becoming left the hive on Week 15, Day 5. He had reached level 2 in the Bot Arena career and had mastered logic. He bought the Willowglen Amphitheatre, and his portrait will be shown below.



Beef was the next to go, on Day 6 of Week 15. She mastered street art while she was still a teen, and reached the 2nd level of the Art Appraiser career. She bought her place of employment, the Llama Corp. Shipping Co.



Bedazzle also left on Week 15, Day 6, having mastered logic and reached level 2 of the Bot Builder career. She bought the Nuts and Bolts Bot Emporium in Twinbrook.



Becalm used the Oculo computer to build up work experience as an astronomer.



She also left on Day 6 of Week 15 after mastering logic and buying the High Products Business Building.



Beep has been working on painting, but she’s still only at level 9.

Rex and Regina decided not to wait until Beep was out of the house. After all, if she was still in residence, she could help with the toddlers (as good an incentive for maxing her skill as any I can think of). They put together their collection of metals and headed for the bedroom. The wall mural was done by Beef.
