Well they certainly did better than Abel and Ima Honey and their son Eddie Honey who finished on Week 4 Day 6 at 2:05pm. I had to finish this fast before I made a mistake changing settings between this and my domination dynasty.

Would have been nice to go out with a bang for the last challenge but it's more sort of a whimper, all sim B's fault, the fact she is my self sim and It was really my fault is irrelevant I'm still blaming her for time wasting

My family finished on week 4 day 5 at 9.48am

Thank you so much challenge team, it's been a fun ride and I shall miss it, I've learnt so much from these challenges they have totally enriched all my games

can I just check that I've understood right, when the rules state a unique skill needs to be maxed, this means reaching level 10, yes? or do the challenges need to be completed too? Sorry if it seems a silly question but I don't want to get it wrong:-)

Challenges aren't required. Just get to level 10.

Meaning by July 31? Well, that would be a bummer but highly unlikely (depending on how much you are playing your file). I guess if it happens and I am about to close the event you would post as DNF.

No, I mean even with viable lots added, AP only spawns pet related community events that require you to own a pet. During testing I wasn't able to use a friend's pet either. Are there any other towns that don't spawn the normal events?

I have another problem with the community events: I started in a different town that I know gets the standard community events, but every time I try to get my sim to participate, it tells me he left the lot before completing the opportunity, even though he didn't. What do I do?

So, this is a bug you're saying? Has this happened to anyone else?

I have gotten it once or twice but it was quite a while ago. I haven't tried to do one in a long time. In fact I don't think I have seen one in quite a while either.
