Toddler Skill Books and Items

Hi,

Just had a thought that popped into my head and thought I'd ask.

If you have a sim read a toddler skill book with a toddler (eg painting) or have a sim play (peg box or xylophone) with toddler that won't in any way increase the older sim's skill, will it, eg painting/logic/writing/music?

I'm sure it won't, but it was just something that occurred to me.

I don't belive it does. I do know that Childish sims can read the toddler books, etc, and gain skills from them.
