Dragon Valley Festival Lot

I've read on this forum that one of the gurus made a festival lot for Dragon Valley, where can I find it?

Would making your own DV festival lot be a forbidden thing for your dynasty?

Yes. The one on the Exchange is still an official lot, since it was made by a SimGuru and is the intended "True Festival Lot," because there aren't any others offered by EA. Yours wouldn't fall under that, and therefore you can't build your own festival lot for a dynasty.

Why?  If you can buy a commecial lot and build a graveyard for a dynasty why can't you do the same and build a Festival Lot?  Doesn't make sense.

Festival Lots require banned cheats to make. You need BuyDebug for the Festival Lot Marker.

I came up with a way to do this but then remembered you can't use Edit Town mode, right?
