Can't see badges or achievements

Hi all, sorry if this is a repost, I've searched all over but just get advice about play station games!

My problem is that badges don't seem to be in my game, you know the ones like where you get a badge for 'trying the goods' when a salon worker gets a massage at the spa? It's like they just don't exist. I've had them before and I have no idea why they're not in my game now. Did they come with a specific EP?

Also I can't dive properly or use the surfing station in a pool. The Sim just kinda resets itself. I have never been able to do these actions even with a full reinstall.

Sorry no, I meant it is about PC but all of the responses appear to be playstation related!

They used to work in my game, too. Not so much anymore. You are not alone.

I did a factory reset on my game for other reasons, not lack of badges, and when I loaded a fresh game there was a store update to load and my badges came back. Check for a store update.
