When I had Sims 3 original, you could use "testingcheatsenabled true" and set children and teenager's to adult's careers. Like I had a little girl named Sally who's dad was a criminal, and I decided to get her enlisted too, so I clicked on the mail box and set her as a Bagwoman. When she changed into her uniform, she was all weird, stretched, kind of like if you pause a child in the middle of an aging-up session and they look like they've been through Willy Wonka's Gum Stretcher (wow, that was random).
Do you have any expansions?
Because in World Adventures they blocked nude and they but the mashed up pixels over sims when they were on the toilet or in the Shower.
In Ambitions, they blocked you being able to make teenagers, toddlers or children have adult careers, so if you have either one of them it could be what we call a "Technical Relapse" when the pixels system in a game finds out that they've been blocked from doing something that they could do in the past, and they try and break it down. But they can't really, so you get these odd issues. Like if you got Ambitions and you got blocked from setting younger people to Adult's careers, the computing system might remember it could do that before, and wonder why it can't know (so to speak) and might try to do it again, but it just messes up the system, so you get vanishing pants and weird formations. Could you post more pictures please?
So your wardrobe doesn't work?
