Accessing Island Paradise in-game

Hi,

I just purchased the Island Paradise expansion pack. When I open Sims 3 and create a new game or continue to play on old game, I don't know where to access it! Is it supposed to show up as a world???

Islo Paradiso is a new town in the game menu.
