Removing specific items from a Sim's inventory

My Sim has a bunch of Skeleton Keys he's not using, and I want to get rid of them(they're just cluttering up his inventory, and I don't want him to start having turning lag). But I can't drag them out or sell them. Feel like an idiot for getting them, since most tombs in WA already have the required keystone nearby.
Is there a cheat or a mod that will do this?

You would need hundreds or thousands of them before you would start to have any lag issues, if then.  If they won't drag out of your inventory, I don't think you can get rid of them.  They do come in handy sometimes.

MasterControler from Nraas would allow you to delete them.

Thank you, Dellena! It found the items in question and I got them removed. They wouldn't be a problem if they just stacked in my Sim's inventory. Same for regular Keystones (got too many of them as well, and can't sell them). Though MasterController can't seem to find them.
