Well, I finished all of the requirements for the first town and moved my Sim to the next through the phone interaction, got the town set up, saved... Then realized that the second town's day is set to Week 1, Day 1 at 8:00 am. It's my first time moving a Sim that way through the phone to a separate town, so perhaps I messed something up when editing Appaloosa Plains to put in the lots I needed.

Then I do not think something is right. Let's say you finished Town 1 on Week 1, day 5 at 5:36 PM and you move. What SHOULD happen is the game clock in Appaloosa should say Week 1, Day 5 8:00 AM. After a move the clock does go to 8 am but you do not lose weeks or days. You may have a bugged file. Go back to a save before the move.

Wow, this was a really hard challenge! I made a few mistakes, but mostly I had some bad luck. I ended up spending way more time in town 1 and 3 then I wanted to.

It's just the skill that needs to be maxed. The skill challenges are up to you.
