Stuck in "moving-mode" and "going to work"

So, I started a brand new game and have played for around an hour when these problems came. All of a sudden, my sim was stuck  with "going to work" when she was at work, so she didn't get any job performance increase, so I used resetsim *, but it didn't work. I decided to restart the game, but it was the same. I thought it might not be that much of a deal, so I continued playing. She moved in with another sim in his house, then I noticed I couldn't go into "edit town" because it said that she was still moving to that house, even though she was not (she already finished moving simdays ago). So I used resetsim * and restarted the game again, but none of these problems seems to go away. I don't play with any mods and the only cc I have are some patterns from the swap shop here, so that shouldn't be the problem. Since I have tried the things you usually suggest I am now quite clueless what to do.

Which world are you playing in?  It sounds as though it's gotten messed up.

I would go into Edit Town and save your household to the library.  Then start a new game in either the same world or try a different one.  Move your household in from the library and play.  See if the problems persist.

In Starlight Shores. But the problem is I can't go into edit town since the game says I'm in a moving process.

Will it let you cheat and go into Edit CAS on the effected sim?

Yes it will. Do you think I should save my sim there and create a new game, or what is the plan? Because that should work.

Save it there.  You might have to recreate the household in a new town, but you'll have the sims in the library.
