A redecorated version of the venue located at 111 Shearin Stroll, Midnight Hollow. Now complete with University cofee bar, book register, community garden (University plants only), Bohemian wedding arch, and party area with dance floor, banquet table, and extra birthday/wedding cake table.
Out front, I added some of the new bohemian chairs.
Inside, I kept the country chique look the venue already had and just kinda ran with it.
Out back, I added the new bohemian gazebo and wedding arch.
It's now a great place to grab some coffee, buy a book, and even throw a party. Here are a few pictures from a sim wedding on the lot.
