Dog Dig Sites/Pet Adoption/Ice Cream Truck in WA | Disable the Ice Cream Truck?

This is two questions.

The first one, I have World Adventures, Ambitions, Pets, Seasons, and Island Paradise installed. With Pets, and when a Sim goes to Travel to China, Egypt, or France, it treats the neighborhood like a normal one, spawning animals, Dog Hole Sites, having a house for Pet Adoptions, and the Ice Cream Truck.
How do I disable this from happening? I'm willing to use mods, as I have several running. This isn't a major issue, but it's also annoying.

Second question. Is there a way to disable the Ice Cream Truck for your neighborhood?

The first question I can answer. You go to Advanced Demographics and it will show that you can disable pets and stuff ( but it recommends you keep it on )

So I disable it when my Sim travels, and it'll only be disabled for WA lots? I will try this once he does. Hopefully it'll work.

The first part sounds like a bug, actually. As I have all those expansions plus some but never have any of those issues in World Adventures.

I've havd dog holes spawn when I travel, but I've never heard of neighbor pet adoptions while traveling

I forgot to mention, I can also adopt pets while traveling. I am wondering if NRass Traveler may be causing this, because you can set it to bring your pets with you when traveling (if you wanted to).

That sounds like it, because pets aren't suppose to show up in any travel town.

So according to SimAd_NRaas on their site, he says this is EA default. Yet I've been watching a video series of a family, the only mod the guy uses is Overwatch, has all the EPs.
He had one of them go to China, and I didn't see any pet-related stuff, and the guy has the latest version of the game. So I doubt it's "EA default".

Also, Traffic works. It also brought the Food Truck from Late Night (that I've never seen since I don't live in Bridgeport). Very nice.

Pets don't travel and cannot be adopted in any of the World Adventures towns in clean games (no mods).
