Turning Free Will Off/On for specific Active Sims *resolved*

Is there a mod, like a NRass mod, that I can turn on Free Will for specific active Sims, yet off for other active Sims?
Basically, it's my Sim's family. I want Free Will on for their Pets(which is already set), his Wife, and the Baby (which Free Will will be a thing once he becomes a Toddler), yet for the husband Sim (my main Sim) I want Free Will to be off for maximum control.

I could just leave Free Will on for all, give it low Free Will, but that's a problem for my main Sim as I want to do specific things with him, and not be told to do other things.

You can click "Disable Autonomy for Active Sim" in Options. That's not a mod, just a tip for you.

Is there a way to do it the other way around? Have the Non-active Sim not have Free Will? I'm trying to do an Android Sim and I don't want it to be playing on the computer or some such. (Something like the way a Plumbot worked in Sims 3)
