Game stuck on loading screen

Hello everyone 
I've been having this problem since a couple of days. The game starts perfectly, I choose a saved game, It starts loading then the music goes off and the loading stops at the end , and it stays there FOREVER.
I tried reinstalling the game, deleting all my mods and custom content, deleting cache files and every other solution I found, still not working :/ and I really don't want to lose my saves.

Does it do this with new games or just old files? Have you tried shutting off the screen loading game thing? It seems to delay loading for me. How long is forever? My newer files load in about 3 minutes. I have bigger files (8-10 generations) that take over 30 minutes.

It actually never loads with the saved stuff, I never get past the loading screen however It loads perfectly when I choose a new game and how do I shut it off?

There's a box to check somewhere in options.

My first thought would be what KRae said about the interactive loading screen.
At the end of the loading it usually has to tally things up, it's just extra pain and heart-ache.
You should find it here: Options > General Settings > uncheck the Enable Interactive Loading Screens box

It's not working :/ Except that now the loading stops at the very near end...This is really confusing.

How long do you normally wait on the loading screen?

Not so long, 10-15 mins I guess.

How long have you been playing the saves in question?

humm I don't know maybe like 5 months.

It could just be that your file is taking a long time to load because it is a large file. Does this happen on newer saves? If not, it's likely just that your file is large and that it needs a long time to load. Pulling out content is dangerous on files this large as then the game will have to think even harder about replacing the objects you got rid of.

Some forum members have talked about longer loading times, especially on larger files. If you were to just leave it up indefinitely, I wonder if it would eventually come through after about 20 or 30 minutes.
Another thing to note is, does your game stop responding when it loads? Because that's a completely different problem. I've had games that were loading, and it would just seem to stop, and when I would go to move my mouse and click on things it would pop up the message "The Sims 3 has stopped responding" and close out. If that's the situation, we may be looking at a more dangerous glitch.

My last immortal dynasty took over 30 minutes to load. I would start it and go off and clean bathrooms, read , start dinner, whatever and just check on it occasionally. Maybe this is your situation too.

I have this issue with one town, I can't even start a new game in that town.

My game finished loading, but after an HOUR AND A HALF and it works now, but I thought that maybe if I evict my household, save it in the library and then place it in a new town, it'll take less time to load.
