I've already pre-ordered it, or going to!
I'll buy it just after release.
I'm waiting to hear the reviews first.
I'll wait for a sale or price drop.
I'm not interested in it at all.

Thanks. Yes, I cancelled my Amazon order and ordered from GameStop instead. FYI the EA store offers the same bonus items, but I'm angry at them for not accepting the 20% discount I earned (on pre-ordered games).

I'm a little ticked at them as well. On my birthday I got an email from them that that included a 20% off code for the EA store. I tried to use it to pre-order Sims and it wouldn't go through for it.

So, I've been doing some pre-order investigating today and here's some observations... (US)

Amazon offers release date delivery for $.99 but doesn't mention anywhere on the site about getting bonus content with it  ???

EA seems to only offers direct download with the pre-order? I went all the way past the payment screen to "Confirm Your Order" and have no shipping options. (I'm adamant on having a hard copy)   :-\

Walmart only offers ship-to-home (no in-store pickup) and are estimating my delivery to be 1 week after the release date! (That's no good, sir!)

So I guess GameStop it is? (Who offers in-store pickup on release date with the Bonus content.) 

Can anyone else verify my above findings or recommend anyplace else?  I'm not a big fan of GameStop  since I was 'victim' of their "Reselling Used Games as New" scandal and am holding a grudge...

@Lizzy, I always get my stuff from Best Buy and have never been disappointed. I never have sit and wait for a delivery. They always have plenty in stock on release day.

You can preorder a physical copy from EA! Last I looked it was working fine sorry I don't have time to check it now but I can figure it out when I get time and I will let you know if you still have not figured it out.

Sorry I had gotten back to this earlier but I got it now. Here is a link and if you click on the pre-order nest to the price a pop up should come asking you to select delivery method and you want the physical! I hope that helps!

I have never done it before, but I pre-ordered Late Night today from GameStop.  Going to get the 4 bonus items.  I am very excited.  I am also picking up my first prima guide for the Sims 3, it is 20% off when you buy it with the game.  Just from reading about Late Night, I think I am going to need all the help I can get.

Just a note.  There is a new 7 minute video I put on the other thread about Late Night.  It is awesome, but it is in German, but you really get the main idea of gameplay.

I just pre-ordered my copy  ;D  
We went to the opening of the new shopping center and I priced it at all the places there. Everywhere it was $49, but EB Games had a price of $45 plus for that store only when I pick it up, I also get a $10 card towards my next purchase (next stuff pack?) Apparently there is no preorder bonus from EA here in Australia.

I'm definitely buying it!! I don't care about the reviews anyway. I just buy them and love the games anyway. I so can't wait to see the cool new jobs. I heard you can be a mixer in this. So cool! :)

Finally got round to pre-ordering it. It is only £17:91 through amazon.co.uk which is a saving of around £12.
I can't wait to try it out.
