Can you get rid of a Lifetime Happiness Reward
« on: April 24, 2014, 04:03:51 PM »
Just for fun I picked the fast metabolism LHR for my sim. She has always been a thin, muscular sim. Now when she goes to bed, she wakes up overweight every morning. I have to make her workout every day. I'd like to delete this fast metabolism. Does anyone know how to do it or am I stuck with it? Thanks!

Unfortunately, I think you're stuck with it.  If you have a copy of the save file from before you purchased that reward, you could go back to that save.

Thank you Pam but it would take my 5-star chef back to a teenager, I believe. Oh well guess I'm stuck with it.

If you're not averse to cheating and possibly skewing their age a bit, taking a sim to CAS by using the Edit in CAS cheat often takes LTWs with them. Granted, if it takes away Fast Metabolism, it will probably take away other ones too. Use with caution.

I tried that but it's not deleting them for this sim. It's deleted it for others, so I don't know why not her.  ???

The only way I know how to remove those is through mods, unfortunately there's no game-way to do it.

Try adjusting her age in Edit in CAS. Change her to a child, then back to her original age. Check traits, LTW, then save. :)

Thanks! It worked. I aged her up, then back down, her LTW changed automatically and the LHR were wiped clean.  :)
