Just to save some of you time who prefer physical copies: note that Origin has become a download-only site, so they will no longer be selling hard copies of games. I have been buying my games digitally for years now and love the convenience of it, so it doesn't impact me at all personally. I prefer this way, because ultimately I want the game and do not care about having to save a disc.

No no no!!  Really?  Only downloads, always and forever?  Is Origin going to be the only distributor of Sims 3 and Sims 4 so that there will be absolutely no hard copies to be had?  I'm thinking mostly of Sims 4.

A person will still be able to get Sims 4, but if they want a physical version, they will have to purchase a hard copy from a retailer like Wal-Mart, or Amazon.

Yeah, Origin's just become the digital distribution platform. Maybe EA doesn't want to have to ship games to individuals anymore. It is likely that Origin was being used primarily for Digital purchases and that the hard copies were not as profitable with the need to hire people to ship them out.

Less than 12 hours left on the sale. Likely the last until June-July, but I'm sure prices will drop even more by then!

EA is marketing that with the Get More, Play More program players who purchase Expansion Packs will now get free premium content with their purchase. This isn't a major sale, and I'm not sure of how long it runs. Just a head's up. It seems to vary by Expansion. For example, Into the Future gives the Final Frontier set. Using our link will take you to a list of EPs, and you should be able to browse to see the various sets at the bottom of the page for each Expansion, as seen here.

Wow, I didn't even know I got premium content when I bought an EP a couple of weeks ago, and I wouldn't have known if I had not read it here. I saw the EP's were on sale, but nowhere did it say I'd get anything else. So thanks!
