How do I get a Beautiful Vista?

I've gotten no insight on how to get it but with two computers these are some things i've come across 1 its not lot specific as on one computer my daughter has it and on my computer on the same lot I do not, 2 I have placed lots with previous familys (in the edit world) and had it, 3 my smaller lots with smaller houses that i had a lot of trees had it but with my daughters computer she had a large lot with no trees and she had it, is it a series of specific items? if so which ones?

Beautiful Vista is in fact lot specific. If you deleted the original lot and replaced it with a new one, you would have deleted the marker for it, but a fresh game in that town without any edits should work. What town are you trying to play in? In Sunset Valley it's the beach ones, I think there is only one that has it in Riverview.

I'm in Island Paradise umm I forget the towns name but it's the one that comes with that, the thing is we both started the game at the same time on different computers I didn't change anything it was a lot without a house, she had the same lot she had it and I didn't, and in world adventure Egypt I placed a lot in edit town and had it I also have a Vacation home in China, I have it there, but only when I'm outside on my lot, if I'm inside the house it changes to beautifully decorated.

Okay, since that was one entire run-on sentence I'm not sure what exactly you said.

However, the Beautiful Vista moodlet is definitely lot-specific and it's not anything that changes based on what's on the lot.

Isla Paradiso is the town that comes with Island Paradise. There's a previous thread here which talks about which lots give the moodlet.

Don't forget if your sim has more than 6 moodlets, you do have to scroll down to see all of them.

If you don't have the moodlet, you could try starting a new game, or moving your family out, there's all sorts of ways you could move them around to try to reset it.

I considered after I sent that, that I might have used the Terrain tool to level the lot.
