BFF Level

My sims wish is to get to bff level with his best friend. They are as high up the meter as possible, and know all of each others traits, which some they share. but it still says just best friend. How can I get them to best friend level. He also finds his best friend attractive but I'm waiting until they are as close as possible to make a move.

If both sims in question are teens, they can ask the other one to be their BFF when their relationship is high enough. It's under Friendly socials.

If they're not teens, then you can't do it.

They are both teens, and he has the friendly trait, but it doesn't show that option under friendly or special-friendly.

Keep going through all the friendly options (like you would with romantic to get to irresistible) and the BFF option should eventually come up.
