To follow up Dellena's post:

From SimGuruTatertot:

Hint #3: What keeps people out while drawing them in? The Forgotten Ironwork Fence is one of the most beautifully intricate fences we’ve ever done. Imagine it wrapping around your mansion or as the entrance to your secret garden.

WOW.

That's a gorgeous fence.

Pardon me while I drool on my work keyboard.

Interesting that the breaks in the fence still have the ironwork above.  I wonder how that's been done?  Starting to get more excited.  Now if they added U shaped stairs, I'd be doing an uber happy dance.

It's possible those could be the 'gates' in the fence, which would then make sense for the iron work still being there.

SimGuruCopeland has another tidbit:

Did somebody ask for Re-colorable Stained Glass Windows? How about a screened in porch?

I didn't ask for it, but I'm not complaining!

I usually pay little attention to Build/Buy sets, but I'm really liking what they've shown so far. :)

This looks very promising. I'm planning my screened in porch already. Oh, the possibilities!

What I'm seeing there is more roof decor pieces (what the roof is sitting on, the roof itself, dormer windows and windows in a frieze.  Interesting.

Some more decorations from SimGuruCopeland:

The Now & Then Century Manor is a home set in its prime and then 100 yrs later.

Yes, that is a spider web in the left corner, and a broken window on the right.  These will still just be decorations, however, and not any changes to game play.

And it suggests we'll get two versions of house/building.
