Take a stroll through history with the stunning architecture of The Now & Then Century Manor. This breathtaking mansion shows the grandeur of Second Empire design in all of its colonial glory and again as it stands against the rigors of time.

The SimGurus are now teasing an upcoming set due out in May.

The following comes from a thread on the Sims 3 forum:
Builders, get excited for May.  Part II is coming

SimGuruTatertot's post is as follows:

Hey Simmers!

SimGuruCopeland mentioned in February that the Bohemian Garden was part of a 2 part series, where we reimagined the popular Mansions & Gardens pack from The Sims 2. Well, Part II is coming out in May! Stay tuned to this thread as we continue to update you with new details about the new set.

 Have a great weekend!

Obviously they haven't specifically said what is coming out, but if one goes by the post as well as the sparse twitter comments, there should be some building options this go around.

I agree with Dellena, I would love some Bohemian-style build items. It really has been a stellar few months for store sets, I've never been so excited about them before! As always, thanks BRI for doing the hard work so we don't have to  ;D your efforts are greatly appreciated.

I really want to make a world that's extremely rural - like a Brigadoon kinda thing.  So there'd be very limited jobs/careers.  I'm thinking several people would be professional gardeners.  And with all the harvestables now, I could have them specialize in particular items, like fruits (even certain fruits), orchards, vegetables, herbs, etc.  So having more to plant and play with is exciting to me.

You're welcome.  As far as the content itself, it really has been a good few months.  Now if they will just get some patching done... ;)

And I think it is safe to say the SimGurus will also be posting more teasers in the next few weeks to come.

Sounds like a great idea Dellena.  And with the content available, rather doable.  Depending if you use some other sets, some of the other jobs/careers can fit.  Someone making nectar can easily double as a vintner, while the glass-making station has overtones of a glasswright, etc.

Thanks for those ideas!  I want to set this world in the Regency period - like a very small English village with 3-4 wealthy families so need to make use of all of the self employed professions possible.  I'm also wondering if I don't have a school, then would it be like when kids go to vacation towns and there's no school?

It's been a while since I did that, but if you delete the school, then the kids do stop going to school.  However, they are liable to 'go bad' as it were when they grow up.

Anyways, I apologize for going off topic :)

Me too. :)

On topic:  I wonder if they'll add more harvestables as well?  Or at least activate that mystery one that's already in buydebug.

From SimGuruTaterTot:

Hint #2: Today's hint isn't exactly a brand new item, but it is going to be included in May in a new, fantastic way   The last time we made L-Shaped stairs they were very industrial. This time they’re perfect for your not so humble home.

Nice looking L shaped stairs ;)  (And nice scoop Dellena).

It also looks like the previous shown staircase will allow for some variation:
