That is indeed a very buggy game. Have you tried starting a new file in that town to see if it will run any better? I would also suggest that you try removing your mods to see if that's the problem.
I'd also like to ask a favor of you. It's important that the subject lines of topics be as descriptive as possible so that readers will know what you're looking for without having to read through the post. A topic with a specific subject is more likely to get viewed. To change yours, just click on Modify in the first post, change the subject, then click save. Just make it more specific for the problem you're having. Thanks very much.
