Problems with maintenance crew

One of my first moves when buying and upgrading "Hobart's Hidaway" was to hire 3 maintenance workers all at high quality. Everything went well for my first few days but now I'm getting complaints of bugs. What do I do? I can't seem to hire more crew.

I don't think the maintenance workers will take care of bugs for you. You need to get your sim involved. Send your sim to the resort and look for bugs crawling on the ground and click on them and there should be an option to stomp them. Do this for all the bugs you find and it should take care of the bugs. For awhile anyway.

No, they do take care of bugs, but what most likely happened was the bugs spawned UNDER the foundation/in a place where the maintenance crew can't reach. You'll have to go into your game, turn on testingcheatsenabled and then buydebug and look for the spawners underneath the foundation! Hopefully that helps!

Thanks guys .. Yeah.. Found the bugs underground.. Hope I can manage getting rid of them. Shame you need a cheat code though.

Yeah, it really does suck. I especially hate having to deal with those as there isn't a way around it and when you're working in Isla Pardiso it's just so much easier to throw everything on a foundation - thus making it impossible to kill the bugs that are UNDER the foundation.
