No saved games after updating game and Windows 8.1 both
« on: March 18, 2014, 11:56:12 AM »
Hi,
I'm so sad. After updating my game to 1.67 and my windows 8 to 8.1 (I did it on the same day so I don't know which one of these made my problem) but my game is looking like that (I add a picture).
Addition to that I don't see any of the saved games, I can't start a new one also. There is no text anywhere except the Sims 4 advertisement.

Hoping to get help...

People probably aren't going to want to download a rar file just to see your screenshot, you'd be better off putting it on a hosting site and pasting it here.

When you updated, were you able to log in with the same profile? On my Windows 8.1 laptop the saved games are only under my profile, and it's in the Documents library. You can try hitting the Windows key to go to the tiles screen and just start typing the first few letters of the name of a saved game. Then go to the files tab and see if any files were found.

Welcome to our Forum, MissL.

Adding to what jesirose said, we actually don't allow any files to be uploaded unless it's a file for our Swap Shop.  I have removed the file from your post.  If you would still like to share your screenshot, you will find instructions here for posting images.
