Missing Work Moodlet with Open Work Hours

Hi,

I have a sim who works part time as an Acrobat, she often gets the negative Moodlet for missing work, but this profession has open work hours so I am unsure as to why this Moodlet occurs. I do have a gig booked for the same day but it is not for many hours.

Just trying to figure I out if this is a bug or if I am misunderstanding!

Does she have the Workaholic trait?  The missing work moodlet pops up if sims with Workaholic traits are missing work and it could be a glitch for sims working open hours since they're not in a specific rabbit hole.

She is a Workaholic, I'll have to test that theory with another household!
